We’ve heard your requests and we’re making it happen at the click of a button. You don’t have to lose any of your data anymore! Your left-over data will now roll over to next month. All you have to do is subscribe to the same bundle or a higher bundle within 24 hours and that’s it, you get your left-over data!
More Minutes
We have now added more minutes to most of our bundles, and this is here to stay. Enjoy calls with friends and family when subscribing to some of your favourite bundles every month and become one with the community.
All Red Bull MOBILE customers can now stream music from the top 3 apps unlimited and free of charge.
Free Music Streaming is applicable to all Red Bull MOBILE Plan Bundles. The customer has to be on an active plan to enjoy this benefit.
There are no charges on the credit balance nor on the data balance of the customer’s bundle.
The customer can enjoy unlimited free streaming of top music apps, as long as she/he has an active plan bundle.
From now on, the customer won’t lose any unused data at the end of the plan validity. If you have leftover data, we will roll it over to your next cycle.
A customer on any plan can benefit from the Data Rollover feature. However, the rollover is only applicable when you subscribe to the same bundle or a higher bundle.
The customer has to subscribe to the same or any higher bundle within 24 hours of the expiry of the plan validity.
